Livel Residenza, a collaboration between Vantage Properties and Vittoria Group, will offer Italian-inspired living in Dubai. This 20-floor building is being constructed in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Its studio apartments, sized at 570 sq. ft. , come in two layouts named Venice and Milan. The 1-bedroom suites, at 772 sq. ft. , are named Naples, while the two 1-bedroom with study layouts, at 973 sq. ft. are called Verona and Florence.

The 2-bedroom apartments with maid’s rooms, sized at 1302 sq. ft. are named Bergamo. Amenities will include a podcast studio, padel tennis and pickleball courts, co-working space, coffee shop, kids aqua zone, indoor gym, BBQ area, adult pool, outdoor gym, paw park, yoga room and an EV station.
